PaulaGrainger

Paula qualified from the University of Westminster in London in 2004 with a first class degree in Health Science: Herbal Medicine. She ran a busy London practice from 2004-2011 during which period she opened Lemon Balm, a successful Herbal and Complementary Therapy clinic and store with, perhaps, London’s largest publicly accessible Herbal Apothecary. Paula moved to the US in 2011, where she has built a local practice and teaches herbal medicine at all levels – from kindergarteners to Western Herbs for acupuncturists - whilst maintaining her UK practice.

She is a member and former board member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists and she is the co-author of Infuse, A Book of Medicinal Herbal Teas, which will be published in Spring 2016 by Octopus Books. Paula now lives in Santa Cruz where she practices, teaches and writes about herbal medicine.
