Welcome!

Pre-registration is required to attend the Northern California Women’s Herbal Symposium. No drop-ins permitted. Registration will begin in the beginning of February 2017.

To Register

We will be offering online registration once again. To register you will click on the link/s to the right, fill out the form/s online, and mail payment by check or money order, post marked within 5 days.

No Credit Cards

We do not accept payment by credit card.

How it Works

When you submit your online registration a spot will automatically be held for you. You will receive an immediate email confirmation confirming this. Your spot will then remain secure, awaiting your payment by check or money order. When payment is received the process will be complete and you will be fully registered.

If payment is not postmarked within 5 days, your spot will be released (unless we hear from you).

Cost

Registration fees are as follows and include all classes, meals, camping and events (prices are per session):

Spring Session 1: May 19-22, 2017
Spring Session 2: May 26-29, 2017

  • Regular Registrant: $380 - $475, sliding scale
  • Elder 60 & over, if needed: $200-$250 sliding scale (limited reduced rates available)
  • Young womyn, ages 12-20: $150-$175 sliding scale (limited reduced rates available)
  • Children, under 12: $40-$80 sliding scale
  • Infants 0-18 months: free

Fall Session: September 1-4, 2017

  • Regular Registrant: $400 - $500, sliding scale
  • Elder 60 & over, if needed: $200-$250 sliding scale (limited reduced rates available)
  • Young womyn, ages 12-20: $150-$175 sliding scale (limited reduced rates available)
  • Children, ages 19 mos - 11 yrs: $50-$80 sliding scale
  • Infants, 0-18 months: free (please register your infant)
  • Work Exchange $140, must register online and submit an application, send an email request to fallherbal@gmail.com

*Please Note:

This year we we will continue the practice of using wristbands. Everyone will be expected to wear her wristband all weekend and anyone found without one, will be asked to leave. To honor ourselves, each other, the kitchen and the organizers it has become necessary to monitor in such a way. Thank you for understanding.

It is with great sadness that we announce that Terri and Karen together will no longer organize the Northern California Women's Herbal Symposium.

And so things change...

Terri will organize two conferences in the Spring, same as before; with the structure and classes in the same format. The Young Maiden's Rites of Passage Ceremony will be led by Terri, same as before.

Karen will organize a conference in the Fall, over Labor Day, same as before; with the structure and classes in the same format. Although Terri will not be joining us at this event, there will be a Young Maiden's Rites of Passage Ceremony as well.

Guidelines

Payment must be postmarked within 5 days of online registration. If not, your reservation will be dropped.

Once we receive payment, we will email information confirming receipt of payment as well as information on what to bring, etc.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel: If you cancel before May 1st we will refund your full registration minus a $75.00 processing fee. If you need to cancel after May 1st for Spring Sessions 1 & 2 and August 1st for Fall Session, you will need to find your own replacement and work out the finances directly with her. No refunds are available after this date (call us for possible replacements from our waiting list).

All requests for refunds must be in writing.
No exceptions.

Please allow 3-5 weeks for refund processing.

If we cancel: NCWHS has full intentions of holding the Symposium rain or shine. However, in the event that we are forced to cancel before May 10th, for Spring sessions one and two, and August 10th for Fall session, we will refund as much of the registration fee as possible, to be determined at that time. If it becomes necessary for us to cancel after May 10th for Spring sessions one and two and August 10th for Fall session, we may be unable to refund any of the registration fee.
