As a California State Certificated Music Teacher, Andrea facilitates this process in her K-8 Music Classroom at Bolinas Stinson School in West Marin. She is also certified in Orff Schulwerk, which is a joyous movement/speech-based approach to making beautiful music through improvisation within a structure of known songs and improvised melodies and rhythms. Her call/response style effectively creates a safe, yet dynamic, format that invites and entices group participation.

Born Andrea Eve Parducci, she segwayed into her mothering phase of life as “Anny Owen,” a vital and exciting music teacher and active community member.

Now entering the third phase of feminine life, she is excited to invite support from Symposium sisters in trying on her new moniker, Andrea Densmore.
