Carole is impassioned by her work with essential oils. As a Certified Aromatherapist, she has taught with Pacific Institute of Aromatherapy, The California School of Herbal Studies and The annual Northern California Women’s Herbal Symposium. She has also offered consultations on Medicinal and Aromatic Plants in Morocco through USAID.  In addition to working for Aveda, Carole delights in evolving her aromatic fingerprint with that of her husband, Scott. Together, they synergize their aromatic blend of passions: distilling essential oils and diffusing their aromatic knowledge. Carole is also a co-founder of IABV (Integrative Aromatic Botanical Venture).
