Jill has studied with the world’s foremost teachers, scholars and visionaries in the world of mind-body health. Immersed in the healing arts for over 20 years, Jill draws from a deep well of wisdom. Her passions for food and nutrition, herbs and yoga led her to explore the world's oldest system of holistic medicine, ayurveda. .
Jill’s gift is in sharing these ancient sciences in a way that is accessible and practical for everyone. Her approach is grounded in the knowing, that when a few key concepts are understood, and gradually implemented into one’s life, complete transformation is possible.
She is the founder of Kitchen Alchemy, an Ayurvedic herbal confection business. Kitchen Alchemy is a natural extension of Jill’s love of sweets, passion for herbal medicine and nutrition. When she learned the adage of Ayurveda, “Let your Food Be Your Medicine” she put on her apron and said, “Let Your Medicine Be Delicious.”
Jill is a graduate of Shubham Ayurveda’s Advanced Studies Program, a Certified Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor from Kerala Ayurveda, and was awarded an Ayurveda & Aromatherapy Certification from Dhyana Therapeutics, where completed a year long internship with Deanna Batdorff. Jill is a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher and earned a certification in Jyotish (Vedic Astrology) from her beloved teacher Hart De Fouw.
