Terri is a co-founder and a co-organizer of the Northern California Women's Herbal Symposium. She also holds the role of High Priestess at each session and leads a sacred ritual for the maidens.

She speaks on the uses of medicinal mushrooms and herbal medicine-making, and is on staff at the California School of Herbal Studies.
