Lily is a Clinical Herbalist, Certified Nutrition Specialist, Educator and Consultant. Since the late 90’s, she has helped thousands of people find natural solutions to sticky, overwhelming health problems.

She received her degree from Tai Sophia Institute in Laurel, MD, the only Masters of Science in Herbal Medicine program in the country. Trained in physiology, pharmacology, herb-drug interactions, materia medica, and nutrition, Lily’s practice bridges conventional and holistic medicine.

From 2006-2010 she served as a consultant in the Integrative Clinic at Sonoma County Indian Health Services, and since 2006 she has been core faculty at the California School of Herbal Studies.

Lily now co-owns Farmacopia, a natural pharmacy and integrative herbal clinic in Santa Rosa, and maintains her walk-in and private practice there. Lily’s personal and professional experience have made her an expert in stress physiology, inflammation, immune function, hormonal balance, and digestive health.
