Students are not able to identify many common medicinal plants in their area.
Classes are paced slowly with plenty of time for any and all questions.

Intermediate

Students feel comfortable using several herbs themselves and do so when needed.
Students are able to identify some common medicinal plants in their area.
Students are becoming familiar with some plant actions and medical terminology.

Advanced

Students use herbs themselves and feel confident recommending herbs to others.
Students are familiar with most plants in their area.
Students understand plant actions and are comfortable using herbal and medical terminology as appropriate.
Students are familiar with many plant constituents.
Classes are paced quickly, if appropriate, and do not answer or address beginning and intermediate questions.
