COVID-19 Safety

No masks, tests, or vaccinations will be required to attend NCWHS at this time. 

NCWHS will follow public health COVID-19 safety guidelines and requirements at the time of the event, determined by local, state, and federal agencies.

At this time local and federal COVID restrictions have been lifted. In accordance with this, NCWHS has lifted all COVID restrictions and requirements for attendance. 

We will continue with extra sanitation measures at the dish station, and other places in camp. We encourage extra hand washing and personal sanitation. 

Participants are responsible to assess their own personal risk when determining the appropriateness of their attendance. 

NCWHS and Black Oak Ranch cannot guarantee there will be no exposure to COVID-19 while attending and can bear no responsibility for any exposure. Participants voluntarily assume all risks and responsibilities related to COVID-19 exposure during the event. 

If you or someone in your party is not well, is displaying symptoms of respiratory distress or other symptoms, please stay home.
