Theano has spent many years participating in many ceremonies and prayers around the world including sundance, moondance, sweatlodge, vision quest and and has worked closely with a plant spirit medicine. At a young age, unknowingly of the power of the places her feet took her, she was led to many sacred sites to absorb the vibrations and essences of the places and the hearts of the people. Through these years she has cultivated wisdom and teachings from many Elders and from the elements themselves. She is a world bridger and enjoys connecting people to exchange their medicines as a part of healing the disconnect from ourselves, mother earth and the elements. She has had the blessing of her elders to hold space for some ceremonies and has been working with the sweatlodge for 10 yrs. One of her greatest gifts is connecting people with her voice and songs. Currently she is participating as a fire guardian at the  moondance ceremony and has been sharing this knowledge and connection. She is also a bodyworker and intuitive energetic healer.
