Victoria has been a student and teacher of cultural music and dance in the SF Bay Area  for almost 40 years.  She has studied with masters from Congo, Haiti, Cuba, Brazil and West Africa.  After attending Sonoma State University, she was offered a position in the Multi-Cultural Studies Department where she developed the African Music and Dance Program.  She was initiated into the tradition of Ifa, a spiritual practice originating in Nigeria and continues to learn Shamanic practices with teachers from Africa, Brazil and North and South America.
