Ananda is a mother, sister, yogini, friend & colleague to many.

She studied at Kerala Academy and was Pancha Karma trained. She’s had the privilege of studying with Dr. Vasant Ladd at the Ayurvedic Institute with a pulse certification, and is trained in cranial sacral therapy, reflexology, prenatal, Swedish, deep tissue, & yoga training with Lama Padme (Yvone Jaques) from Padmanjali Yoga Center in Tibetan Heart Yoga.
