For over 23 years, Laura has practiced the art of herbal medicine with deep roots in the Italian Strega tradition. As a clinical herbalist specializing in women's health, she brings together ancestral plant wisdom and modern holistic therapies to support fertility, hormonal balance, adrenal resilience, and whole-being wellness.Laura is the founder of Tendril Herbal Apothecary & Healing Center in Sandpoint, Idaho, where she has created a sanctuary that blends traditional herbalism with cutting-edge modalities like hyperbaric oxygen therapy, PEMF, and halotherapy. More than just a clinic, Tendril serves as an educational hub where Laura trains the next generation of herbalists through beginner and clinical apprenticeships.
A respected educator, Laura teaches herbal classes across the US and internationally. She has presented at events like the American Herbalists Guild, Good Medicine Confluence and the Canadian Herb Conference. Her teachings emphasize the inseparable connection between physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness guiding students and clients to reclaim their healing journey with confidence and grace.
Beyond her clinical work, Laura nurtures community through the Sandpoint Women’s Red Tent, mentors women in ceremony through Sacred Feminine Pathways, serves as herbal educator for Kaniksu Folk School and supports global initiatives with Herbalists Without Borders.
