Kameko Shibata
Kameko holds a Master of Arts in Ayurveda from Mount Madonna Institute, with 15 years of clinic practice in Ayurvedic counseling and massage therapy. She is also an ETY-500 Yoga Teacher, massage therapist, professional aerialist and wild creature.
She is honored to have practiced and taught yoga in the Krishnamacharya tradition of vinyasa krama for more than 17 years. She brings an international and inclusive lens to her offerings, being of Japanese and European descent, raised in rural northern California, studied Yoga and Ayurveda in India, and taught extensively in the Bay Area, CA. Kameko currently resides and teaches in person and online in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, México. In 2007 she founded Nadi Girl Ayurveda which provides Ayurvedic holistic health services to individuals and groups internationally focusing on female/queer/non binary health.
