Laura Rubin

Laura is a clinical herbalist, flower essences practitioner, gut health coach and herbal educator.  She learned from incredible herbalists around the world - over 800 hours of training - to become a certified herbalist in clinical care, and certified in trauma-informed support.

Since 2018, Laura has worked extensively with holistic medicine, studying with Liz Neves at Gathering Ground, then becoming a member of the American Herbalists Guild where she attended many symposiums and learned from Karen Rose, 7Song, Thomas Easley, Todd Caldecott, David Winston, Maria Noel Groves and many more. She attended the California School of Herbal Studies with many fantastic teachers including David Hoffman, Jen Bredessen, Bryan Bowen, Christa Sinadinos, Lindsey Burrell, amongst others. Laura received her Flower Essence practitioner certification from Lupo Passero while training in Costa Rica and studied with Keith Robertson at the Scottish School of Herbal Medicine and with indigenous elders in the Amazon rainforest.

Her life’s passion is to help folks gain more vibrant health and feel empowered in their wellness journey. She supports folks with digestive health issues by tuning into nutrition, energy, sleep, stress, hormonal health & more.
