Sara Gibson
Sara is the school garden coordinator for the Lincoln County School District in Lincoln County Oregon. She spend her time sharing her love of all things nature with friends of all ages. When not gardening, she can be found out in the woods harvesting fungi for food, medicine, and for fiber arts.
Sara specializes in dyeing local fibers with fungi and lichens foraged from around her home in Siletz, Oregon. She has been a fiber artist for over 30 years and loves the process of creating from raw fleece to end products. Sara has been teaching wet felting and needle felting classes at mycology camps for the last five years and loves every second of it!
