Tamara Wilder

Tamara Wilder teaches skills through her company Paleotechnics. Her main offerings are Ancient Living Skills Overview Programs for grade schools, home school groups and organizations.

 In 2015, after experiencing a health crisis brought on by a copper Paragard IUD, she started the website iudawareness.org and now helps admin an IUD support group on Facebook with almost 12,000 other members.
