Tamara teaches skills through her company Paleotechnics. Her main offerings are Ancient Living Skills Overview Programs for grade schools, home school groups and organizations.

In 2015, after experiencing a health crisis brought on by a copper Paragard IUD, she started the website iudawareness.org and now helps admin an IUD support group on Facebook with over 14,500 members.
