Jillian is a retired Librarian, and the founder and Executive Director of birthday buddies, a non profit organization with chapters in Georgetown, CA and Colorado Springs, CO. She is also an artist and crafter. In addition, she holds a BA degrees in Psychology and a BS degree in Advertising from the University of Texas, Austin. Best of all, she is an animal-loving, tree-hugging, tattoo covered hippy!
